The same SKU list, the same packing table, the same printer. The portal stops being a tab in the browser and starts being the second pair of hands on the desk.

Phase 01 / 04 · Order received

The order lands. The SKU list updates itself.

An order arrives from your storefront. Inventory decrements automatically against the SKUs on the line. The handwritten list at the desk no longer has to be kept in sync by hand. What the portal records IS the list. Low-stock thresholds fire alerts before the order desk discovers the shortage at packing time.

Phase 02 / 04 · Pack & prepare

The pick list prints itself. The hands stay on the box.

A branded pick list generates the moment the order is paid. SKU, location bin, quantity, packing notes. The founder packs from the list rather than from memory or a back-and-forth with the laptop. When the box is sealed, a single QR scan marks the order picked and pushes a status update to the customer's order page.

Phase 03 / 04 · Personal touch + ship

Keep the thank-you card. The portal handles the label and the tracking.

The shipping label generates from the portal. Carrier, weight, dimensions, customer address. And prints to the thermal printer at the desk. Tracking number lands on the order record and gets pushed to the customer's email automatically. The hand-written thank-you card stays the founder's job; the part that scales gets handled in the portal.

Phase 04 / 04 · End-of-week reconciliation

The weekly summary writes itself. Sunday afternoon stays Sunday afternoon.

Sales summary, inventory-cost statement, low-stock and restock recommendations. All generated from the same order records that drove pick lists and labels earlier in the week. Export to PDF for the bookkeeper, or push line-item totals straight into the accounting integration. The reconciliation that used to take Sunday afternoon happens before the founder sits down with the coffee.
