These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Formaxis client portal, marketing website, and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Formaxis Inc.

Your use of the Services is subject to all applicable laws and the additional terms that may apply to specific features (such as the Domain Services Agreement for domain registration).
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, with reasonable notice where applicable.

You agree not to use the Services to:
- Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right
- Transmit malicious software, viruses, or harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or data
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation
- Use the Services to send unsolicited communications or spam
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Services without our written consent
