Who's Behind Formaxis
Kevin Kwan
Founder & Lead Developer
Kevin Kwan started Formaxis after more than a decade across telecom engineering and frontline operations. His career began in Hong Kong with mobile base-station construction — installing, testing, and troubleshooting 4G and 5G infrastructure under Hutchison Telecom's lead contractor — and continued in Ontario, where he built internal web tools for an HVAC distributor handling rental billing, inventory tracking, payment processing, and warranty follow-up.
That background — wrenching equipment in the field and writing software to remove the friction his own team faced daily — shapes how Formaxis works. Direct decisions, tools that fit how a real business operates, and a maintenance instinct trained on infrastructure that doesn't get to fail.
